Conestoga Ranch’s glamping booth at the Utah Bridal Showcase
The Conestoga Ranch team had a fantastic time at the Utah Bridal Showcase at South Towne Expo Center at the end of January. We created a glamping-themed booth to offer guests a sense of what they can expect from a wedding at Conestoga Ranch and had a chance to mingle with many brides and their families as they plan their dream weddings. A couple of days later, we hosted a small gathering for event planners in Park City, Utah to better acquaint them with our amenities for groups and weddings. Our sales and marketing consultant, Keith Battaglia, had the distinct honor of being the token male at the cocktail party…what a demanding job he has!
Mingling with some of Utah’s top event planners in Park City
Last summer, many guests marveled at what a unique, romantic wedding venue Conestoga Ranch would make. While we designed the ranch with weddings and other private functions in mind, we are pleased to announce that we have some exciting new additions in the works for the summer of 2016. Renowned for its breathtaking scenery, Utah has many stunning wedding venues, but a glamping destination with views of beautiful Bear Lake makes for a wedding like none other you or your guests have likely attended.

Our new, 1,700 square foot event tent will be perched on the hillside to take advantage of a gorgeous view of Bear Lake and the surrounding mountains. It can accommodate weddings, corporate groups, family reunions, and any other celebration of up to 160 guests – and we will even be using it for yoga practices. The tent is equipped with power, a PA system, ceiling fans and a large fire pit to gather around. We can also offer an A/V system for groups requiring it. It’s 50 by 20 feet when the canvas sides are closed, and 50 by 34 feet with all sides open. A small bathhouse with two restrooms will be located in an adjacent structure. The event tent promises to be Bear Lake’s most spectacular party venue as Conestoga Ranch becomes a new, favorite destination for summer vacations!
We are designing a honeymoon tent that will be the most luxurious and largest at Conestoga Ranch. The Royal Couple’s Tent will offer ample space for brides to get ready for their big day, a comfortable seating area, king-size bed with plush linens, and a private, outdoor seating area complete with lounge chairs and a campfire. The en suite bathroom will feature a cast-iron soaking tub and shower. When the party is over, the Royal Couple’s Tent will be a welcome, romantic retreat for the newlyweds.
