Raspberry Days – A Bear Lake Tradition
August 1 - August 4
Bear Lake Raspberry Days is an annual event celebrating the harvest of the world famous Bear Lake Raspberries. The harvest typically begins the last week of July and the Raspberry Days Celebration will be held over the first weekend of August. This celebration was established in 1984 and it has gained popularity every year. Locals and visitors alike will come out to Bear Lake to participate in the fun.
This event is a fun-filled three-day weekend which features a Little Miss Berry Pagent, a craft fair, a Parade on the Boulevard, a rodeo and a 5 k run in Lake Town, the Pancake Breakfast at Garden City Park, dances, concerts, and a firework show.
Raspberry Days are one of the busiest times of year for Bear Lake as families from all over Utah and Idaho have made it an annual family vacation. Therefore, it is important to reserve lodging and watercraft rentals early because the competition is high. Almost all lodging is sold out before the summer begins.
