Event Tent

Perched on our hillside overlooking Bear Lake and the surrounding mountains is the newest addition to your group’s glamping experience. The Event Tent, with 1,700 square feet of space and a 15 foot ceiling height at its peak, can comfortably accommodate up to 100 guests seated at rounds or 125 theater/ceremony style.

Draped in durable canvas, the tent’s sides open up to welcome fresh, mountain air and incredible vistas of Bear Lake. The Event Tent is Conestoga Ranch’s version of a “Glamping Ballroom,“ designed to serve as the perfect location for wedding ceremonies, wedding receptions, group meetings and gatherings, or family reunions. The multi-function space features built-in power to accommodate any creative expression or need, ranging from a wedding band, DJ or corporate presentations and slide shows.

The Event Tent is Garden City’s most exciting entertainment venue for rustic ceremonies, pre-function cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, as well as the main event.
